The terms and conditions of your insurance: what is covered, under which conditions, and your rights and obligations.
The policy terms set out exactly what your insurance covers, when you need a referral or prior authorisation, how to submit claims and how to cancel. Insurers publish them every year along with the premium. They are legally binding: if a summary (including mine) differs from the policy terms, the policy terms apply.
