Combination policy (combinatiepolis)
A basic insurance policy that works like an in-kind policy for some care and like a reimbursement policy for other care.
A combination policy mixes natura and restitutie. For some types of care you have free choice and get (almost) everything reimbursed even from providers without a contract; for other types the in-kind rules apply and you get less without a contract. Which care falls under which part differs per policy and is set out in the policy terms (polisvoorwaarden). For each policy I show the reimbursement percentage for non-contracted care per type of care.
